Fife Cultural Trust wishes to examine what solutions which may exist to deliver a catering service from the new Dunfermline Museum and Art gallery (opening May 2017).
Interested suppliers will be invited to a networking event (Jan 17) where they can discuss and demonstrate how their services and solutions might meet all or part of the requirements.
This would be a two hour networking event with a proposed agenda of:
Fife Cultural Trust introduction, including a brief presentation (30 mins)
Q&A (30 mins)
Networking (1 hour)
Suppliers will then be asked to submit a written response to the Request For Information within 15 working days where they should outline their proposals and provide indicative costs. These proposals and costs will help to finalise the tender documents. (The provision of indicative costs does not bind the Council or the supplier. These are being used to understand the likely ranges to gauge the potential profit which can be achieved by the Trust.)
Depending upon the responses received, the Council may look to put in place a single contract for the delivery of all elements, or engage with multiple parties to deliver a successful outcome.
To register your interest please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject DCL&G CATERING RFI. Following this request, once the RFI has closed, a representative from Fife Council will contact all organisations who have expressed an interest, to invite them to the networking event, which will take place during January 2017.
